Designed for fast, efficient heating of thermoplastic material. Simple operation with low maintenance. 11-ga. steel outer cylindrical container is insulated to prevent heat loss and provide passage of flue gas from propane burner. Thermostatically controlled propane burner heating system maintains material at correct temperature. Hydraulically driven agitator (manual available on 350-lb. unit) keeps material mixed thoroughly for continuous application.

Lightweight tank provides easy means for swapping out colors on the spot. New Die innovation makes for easier use and less parts to maintain while putting out the smoothest stripe yet. Bead dispenser automatically activates when the machine begins to move, providing the operator less hassle. With the simple change of a tank, the machine may double as a bitumin applicator. Powder coated finish provides the machines cosmetics more longevity.

Most of the features found on a large thermoplastic truck unit condensed down to a portable unit. 1000-lb. material tank is oil jacketed and pressurized. Hydraulic agitation is provided by two mixer paddles to prevent bead settlement.
